I was born on the 1st of October 1983 in Skopje, Macedonia. I finished primary education in the elementary school ‘Blaze Koneski’ in Prilep. Then I entered high school in Prilep ‘Mirche Acev’ where I graduated from with the highest grade (5.0 of 5.0). In the 2002/2003 academic year I enrolled as a student in the first generation of the newly opened University Interdisciplinary Studies of Public Administration at the University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, where in June 2006 I graduated as the best student in the generation with an average of 9.84 (of 10.00). I speak fluent English, Serbian (Serbo – Croatian) and Bulgarian, I speak very good French and Spanish, I speak very little the Italian language, and I have an excellent knowledge of computer techniques from the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the Internet.
During my studies I was one of the founders of the Association of Students of the University Interdisciplinary Studies for Public Administration – Bitola and its President for two years (one term – one mandate).
In the academic year 2006/2007 I was hired as a Junior Teaching Assistant on the Interdisciplinary Studies of Public Administration at the University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, on the subjects: EU – institutions and policies, Diplomacy, European defense policy, Constitutional Law and Political System. From the academic year 2007/2008 I was employed as a Junior Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, on the subjects: System of state servants, Administrative procedures, European integration, Introduction to Law, Political System, Principles of new public management, Administrative – procedural law, the EU – institutions and policies and European policy and defense.
In the 2006/2007 academic year I enrolled in postgraduate studies in Public Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems – University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, where I passed all exams with an average of 10.00 (of 10.00) and I defended my master thesis on 17.10.2008 with title: ‘The process of Macedonia’s integration in the European Union’, i.e. I became the first Master of Public Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Management Information systems – Bitola. I acquired my PhD. degree at the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems at the University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, on 29.04.2011, entitled as ‘The impact of pre-accession instruments of the European Union on the dynamics and quality of cross-border cooperation of the Republic of Macedonia ‘.
In September 2011 I was elected as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems – Bitola, on the subjects: European integration, History of Europe in the 20th century, Regional Policy of the European Union, Management of Structural and Cohesion Funds of the European Union, Process for Stabilization and Association, Cross-border programs of the EU and International organizations and integrations within the first cycle of the study programs Public Administration and European Integration and management of European projects. At the second cycle level of studies I was engaged in the subject EU – policies and development within the study program Public policies. Within the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems – Bitola I was a member of the Commission for publishing and I was a member in the Commission for admission of new students in the first cycle. After the self-evaluation of FAMIS, I got top ratings from students in terms of several parameters (quality and regular implementation of teaching, dedication, practicing interactive methods, motivation of students, objectivity and impartiality in assessment, availability and openness to consultation and collaboration with students, teaching and testing in appropriate syllabi, etc.)
In March 2013 I was hired as a Co-Professor on the subject: Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, at the Law Faculty – Kicevo, University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, in the second cycle of studies, on the study program of International law, and in February 2014 I was hired as a Professor for the subject: Public services, in the first cycle of studies.
In September 2014, after the closure of the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems – Bitola, I was transferred to the Faculty of Law – Kicevo, University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski ‘- Bitola, where I am teaching the subjects: Multilateral Diplomacy and Juvenile Criminal Law, at the first cycle of studies and the I am co-teaching the subject: Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU at the second cycle of studies, on the study program of International law. I am a member of the Commission for recognition of exams of the students within the Law Faculty – Kicevo.
In October 2014 I was engaged at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies – Bitola, University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’- Bitola, for the subjects: European integration; and International organizations and integration at the first cycle of studies, and the subjects Foreign Policy and Diplomacy; and International Relations and Diplomacy at the second cycle of studies.
I am currently employed as an Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty – Kicevo, University of ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ – Bitola.
I was and I am a mentor/supervisor to several graduate and master thesis and member of many committees for eligibility, evaluation and defense of bachelor’s and master papers.
I am a Co – founder of the Institute for Research and European Studies (IRES) – Bitola, established in 2013.
I am a Managing Editor in the Journal of Liberty and International Affairs (JLIA) from 2014.
I am a member of the Advisory Board in the academic Journal Studia Europejskie (European Studies), Warsaw, Poland, from the 5th of June, 2014.

- From October 18 to November 18, 2013 I stayed at the University of Warsaw, Poland, at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, as a Visiting Professor, in the winter semester of the academic 2013/2014, through the program SIGMA, where I was teaching ERASMUS students from several European countries (Germany, Lithuania, France, Spain, Portugal, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria) on the subject: Western Balkans and European integration;
- From 18-25 April 2015 I stayed at the University of Warsaw, Poland, at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, through the program ERASMUS, where I had lectures on the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance from the European Union (IPA) in the Western Balkans with particular reference to the Republic of Macedonia, and I was teaching ERASMUS students, but also students from
